Who we are
Bev has been developing and refurbishisng properties for over 15 years. She has specialised in transforming dated or distressed properties into exceptional homes.
She has built up a wealth of experience in project managing the renovations and has successfully completed numerous refurbishments. With a sharp eye for design and market trends she prides herself on delivering a high-end finish in order to maximise value and market appeal.
Before this Bev worked in Corporate Hospitality at events such as Royal Ascot and the Henley Regatta and before that she had a children’s fashion business.
She also has a small buy to let portfolio.
Alfie served 22 years in the Royal Navy, the last 14 as a Military Policeman. He then went on to work on a military base as their Facilities and Security Manager. He now works full-time in property.
He has a natural aptitude for figures and research, is details oriented and excels at due dilligence. He is rigorous in examining the numbers for each project which enables us to make sound choices, maximise the reward and minimize the risk.
His versatility and ability to deal with situations in a calm and measured manner make him a strong problem solver, capable of turning his hand to a wide range of tasks.

As a Chartered Engineer designing safety systems for oil, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, Phil has vast experience within large engineering projects and is very detail orientated.
Jon began his planning career at Portsmouth City Council in 2002 and since this time has been involved in major developments on sites within the City and throughout the UK. Jon specialises in urban development and flood risk and frequently achieves EA acceptance of Flood Risk Assessments.
